Jones Day advised Xcel Energy Inc. in the negotiation of professional services agreements with Ecobee Inc., EnergyHub, Inc., Honeywell International, Inc., Nest Labs, Inc., and Simple Energy, Inc. for the provision of smart thermostat devices and software services in connection with the client's kickoff of a smart thermostat pilot program for small businesses and residential customers in the state of Colorado.
