Freescale defends its products against semiconductor memory patent

Client(s) Freescale Semiconductor, Inc.

Jones Day successfully defended Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. against allegations of infringement of a patent relating to semiconductor memory structure and circuitry. After we presented Visual Memory with strong positions of non-infringement, the parties agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice.
