Client(s) Permira Debt Managers Limited

Jones Day represented Permira Debt Managers Limited in connection with its unitranche financing for the acquisition of the Anaveo group, the leader of video surveillance solutions in France. The acquisition was led by funds managed by Bridgepoint. The unitranche financing was structured under the form of bonds issue and includes a committed issue to finance capital expenditure and external acquisitions and allows for the establishment of an uncommitted bond issue.
