Jones Day represented Lundin SEA Holding B.V. on the sale of certain upstream oil and gas interests in Indonesia to PT Medco Energy Internasional Tbk, including Lundin's interests in the Lematang, South Sokang and Cendrawasih VII oil and gas blocks.
