Sofom, E.R., one of the principal payroll lending, durable goods financing, and microcredit finance companies in Mexico, in connection with its issuance of MXN$1 billion of Certificados Bursátiles (Cebures) under a pre-authorized revolving debt program, up to MXN$2.5 billion.
