CNL Commercial Real Estate forms joint venture with HQ Capital Real Estate for buyout of CNL Commercial from CNL Financial Group

Jones Day advised the management team of CNL Commercial Real Estate in connection with the formation of a joint venture with New York-based private equity firm HQ Capital Real Estate to acquire CNL Commercial Real Estate from CNL Financial Group, an alternative investment management company. The newly formed joint venture will acquire and develop real estate investments and engage in various corporate real estate, leasing and management services.
