Jones Day represented Bpifrance Investissement in connection with the investment by its managed fund Ecotechnologies in VULOG, a French SME and European leader in car sharing technology. Environmental Technologies Fund acted as co-investor in the €8.4 million (US$9.5 million) investment round.
