Jones Day advised Tsaker Chemical Group in its initial public offering and the successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Tsaker Chemical Group is the world’s largest producer of a number of fine chemicals that function as critical dye and pigment intermediates. It ranked first in the world for production of pigment intermediates including DMSS and DMAS in 2014.
