Multinational medical devices company defends against application for "Stop Bullying Order"

Jones Day provided assistance to a multinational medical devices company after one of its senior sales employees lodged an internal complaint alleging bullying and harassment, filed a workers' compensation claim for injuries allegedly linked to such alleged bullying and harassment and commenced proceedings in the Fair Work Commission seeking a 'Stop Bullying Order'.

Jones Day assisted the client with the investigation of these complaints and represented it in the Fair Work Commission responding to the employees' claims. The matter is currently still proceeding through the Fair Work Commission.
