Jones Day represented Minorbis S.L.U. in the closing of a shareholder's agreement for the operation and exploitation of the €303 million Aznalcollar mine in Seville, Spain, between Grupo Mexico and Minorbis. The project is considered the biggest mine project in continental Europe and consists of a 30-year concession contract for the investigation and take out phases.
