Jones Day represented Baxter Ventures in connection with its purchase of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a $25.6 million private placement by Precision BioSciences, a genome editing company. Co-investors included venBio, Fidelity Biosciences, Amgen Ventures, Osage University Partners, the Longevity Fund, and two well-known public market investors.
