Pradera reorganizes SPV financial indebtedness controlled indirectly by Tristan Capital Partners through refinancing facility

Jones Day advised Pradera AM-PLC, a real estate management firm as asset manager of three assets owned by three SPVs controlled indirectly by Tristan Capital Partners LLP, in connection with the reorganization of such SPVs financial indebtedness through the granting of a refinancing facility to the first SPV; the amendment of the existing facility agreement granted to the second SPV; and the amendment to the existing facility granted to the third SPV in the context of the restructuring procedure pursuant to article 67, paragraph 3, letter d), of the Italian Bankruptcy Law.
