SEB AG-led syndicate provides €900 million financing to voestalpine

Jones Day advised SEB AG in connection with the €900 million (US$976.5 million) term loans and revolving facilities provided to voestalpine AG, a steel-based technology and capital goods company. The financing was provided by SEB AG, as documentation agent, coordinator, bookrunner, and mandated lead arranger, together with Bayerische Landesbank. Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group Bank, ING, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Société Généralé, and UniCredit acted as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. DZ Bank, Nordea, and Raiffeisen Bank International acted as lead arrangers. Bayerische Landesbank acted as agent.
