Jones Day represented Frontier Communications Corporation, one of the nation's largest independent providers of telecommunications services, in obtaining $11.594 billion in committed financing from JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Citibank to finance Frontier's acquisition of the wireline businesses of Verizon in California, Texas, and Florida.
