Jones Day advised LaSalle Investment Management, as asset manager, and Parma Italia S.p.A., as borrower, regarding the five-year extension of the existing loan facility agreement entered into by and between Parma Italia S.p.A. and Aareal Bank AG for the refinancing of certain existing financial indebtedness deriving from the acquisition of a shopping center located in Parma (Italy).
