Nationwide hospitality company obtains dismissal of claims in Michigan minimum wage and hour investigation

Clients Nationwide hospitality company

Jones Day successfully defended a nationwide hospitality company in a wage and hour investigation by a Michigan state agency into an employee's complaint that the company failed to pay minimum wage.
