Meyer Bergman forms joint venture to acquire and redevelop mixed-use retail and residential parades in Queensway

Jones Day represented Meyer Bergman, Ltd., in a joint venture with a third party in connection with the acquisition and proposed redevelopment of two mixed-use retail and residential parades in Queensway, central London, over the road from Whiteleys, which was acquired by Meyer Bergman in 2013. This acquisition gives Meyer Bergman control of the whole north end of Queensway, allowing a potential redevelopment of the whole block.
