CBS Outdoor Americas issues $600 million of Senior Notes

Jones Day advised CBS Outdoor Americas Inc., one of the largest providers of advertising space on out-of-home advertising structures and sites across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, in connection with the private offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes, consisting of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Notes due 2025 and $150 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Notes due 2022.

CBS Outdoor used the net proceeds from the offering to acquire certain outdoor advertising businesses from Van Wagner Communications, LLC.
