Jones Day advised Hi Inov and Bpifrance in connection with their purchase of Series B Preferred Shares in a €6.5 million (US$8.2 million) private placement by TagCommander, a European pioneer and leader in the growing market for enterprise tag management systems. Existing investor XAnge Private Equity also purchased shares.
