Jones Day advised the American PR leader Edelman in connection with the purchase of 100 percent of the French consulting and communications agency ELAN. Edelman is the world's largest public relations firm, with over 65 offices, including 13 markets across Europe and CIS, and more than 5,000 employees worldwide, as well as affiliates in more than 35 cities.
