Jones Day represented Chancery Place Limited SARL, a subsidiary of Anglo Irish Assurance Company Limited, in connection with the £57 million ($93 million) sale of Chancery Place, Manchester, to NFU Mutual. The sale of the 15-story grade A office premises reflects a net initial yield of 5.05 per cent; a record yield for office premises in the regional market.
