Kyocera obtains voluntary dismissal of patent infringement case related to "music jukeboxes"

On behalf of Kyocera International, Inc., Jones Day obtained a voluntary dismissal based upon pending inter partes review of the patents asserted in an infringement case brought against Kyocera by Advanced Audio Devices. The lawsuit accused Kyocera's devices equipped with digital audio players of infringing five patents related to "music jukeboxes."
