Jones Day represented Frontier Communications Corporation, one of the nation's largest independent providers of telecommunications services, in connection with the negotiation and documentation of a $350 million senior secured delayed draw term loan facility. The proceeds will be used to partially finance the acquisition of AT&T Inc.'s Connecticut wireline business.
