Hi Inov invests in Commerce Guys

Jones Day advised Hi Inov in connection with its purchase of €2.2 million (US$3 million) of Series B Preferred Shares in a €5.3 million (US$7.2 million) private placement by Commerce Guys, a French company which created Drupal Commerce, an eCommerce solution powering more than 38,000 active sites in the world. The remaining €3.1 million was provided by existing shareholders ISAI, Alven Capital, and Open Ocean Capital.
