Client(s) Tata Power Company Limited, The

Jones Day represented The Tata Power Company Limited, as guarantor (pursuant to receipt of the approval of the RBI in respect of the Guarantee), and subsidiary Khopoli Investments Limited, as borrower, in the US$205 million syndicated term loan facility provided by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Bank of America N.A., and The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.
