Prime Ventures invests in Takeaway.com

Jones Day advised Prime Ventures in its €30 million (US$41.4 million) investment, alongside Macquarie Capital, in Takeaway.com in connection with the total raise of €74 million. Simultaneously, Takeaway.com acquired the German food delivery site Lieferando.de, making Takeaway.com the largest food delivery website in continental Europe.
