Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace and maritime sectors, in connection with the secured term loan and revolving facility for the acquisition by portfolio company USJ-IMECO Holding Company, LLC of Robichaux Automation and Control, Inc., a designer, assembler, and integrater of electrical, control and automation systems for commercial and government vessels.
