Client(s) High Road Capital Partners

Jones Day advised High Road Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition and related financing of General Tools & Instruments Company LLC, a designer, developer, and distributor of precision specialty hand tools and handheld test instruments. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility and a subordinated unsecured credit facility. US Bank National Association acted as administrative agent for the senior revolving and term loan credit facilities, and Babson Capital Management LLC and its affiliates acted as lenders under the subordinated credit facility.
