The Mansell Group secures settlement in breach of contract case involving restrictive covenants

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Mansell Group, Inc. and its parent company, The Riverside Company, in a breach of contract dispute with the founder of WhatCounts, a company previously acquired by Mansell. Mansell, operating as WhatCounts, is a data management, software and service provider. The dispute arose over post-closing restrictive covenants contained in the Stock Purchase Agreement between Mansell and the former owner of WhatCounts.
