Jones Day advised Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited in connection with the dual primary listing of its Ordinary Shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Established in the early 1980s and listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange in 2001, Hong Kong-based Willas-Array distributes active and passive electronic components for use in the industrial, telecommunications, home appliances, automotive, audio and video, lighting and other application segments. Willas-Array has a market capitalization of HK$429 million (US$55 million) on its debut in Hong Kong.
