Jones Day provided advice to Talend SA, a provider of open source data integration software making data integration available to all types of organizations, in connection with its issuance of US$40 million of Series G and H Preferred Shares in a private placement to Silver Lake Sumeru, Balderton Capital, Idinvest Partners, Bpifrance, and Iris Capital.
