Jones Day represented Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc., general partner of three mortgage funds, in connection with the contribution of real estate assets to American Spectrum Realty, Inc., a real estate investment company, in consideration for the assumption of debt and the issuance of new Senior Preferred Stock.
