Jones Day represented Jefferies Finance LLC, as administrative agent, in connection with the negotiation and documentation of $350 million of senior secured credit facilities provided to Internap Network Services Corporation, a global supplier of IT infrastructure services, in connection with its acquisition of iWeb Group Inc., a global provider of Internet hosting services and IT infrastructure.
