Jones Day represented a global financial services firm in connection with its financing of the construction of additional temporary housing for families of hospital patients. The transaction was structured in part to generate new markets tax credits, and involved investments by the financial services firm in two community development entities (CDEs) and loans totaling $10,590,000 by those CDEs to an affiliate of housing project.
