Jones Day represented HighBrook Income Property Fund, LP, in the acquisition and financing of two office buildings located in Westerville, Ohio, including a joint venture with some of the existing owners; and one of the properties was acquired through the exercise of the former owners' right of redemption following a foreclosure auction.
