EveryWare Global successfully negotiates with USW on three-year collective bargaining agreements covering employees in Lancaster, Ohio

Client(s) EveryWare Global, Inc.

Jones Day represented EveryWare Global, Inc. in negotiations with the United Steelworkers ("USW"), Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial, and Service Workers International Union and its respective local unions, on two new three-year collective bargaining agreements covering approximately 1,000 employees at two facilities in Lancaster, Ohio. The Company reached tentative agreements with the USW and local unions on both contracts in October 2013. Both tentative agreements were ratified by the USW membership.
