Jones Day represented DDR Corp. in the formation of a joint venture with an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII L.P., and financing of the joint venture's acquisition of seven prime shopping centers totaling 2.4 million square feet. The shopping centers are located in Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington D.C., Portland, and Cincinnati.
