Jones Day advised a consortium of lenders in connection with the €320 million (US$427.5 million) bridge and project financing for the construction of a hospital in Vigo, Spain. The 30-year project involves the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of a new 1,400-bed hospital in the city of Vigo, in the Spanish autonomous community of Galicia.
