Jones Day advised Contrarian Distressed Real Estate Debt Fund II, LP, a fund formed by Contrarian Capital Management, LLC, in the formation of a joint venture with Tricom Real Estate Group and The MGHerring Group to acquire the Market Street at Heath Brook, a premier shopping center with 685,000 square feet of total retail space, located in Ocala, Florida.
