Jones Day advised Türkiye Sise ve Cam Fabrikalari A.S., a leading manufacturer of glass and chemicals, in connection with its inaugural issuance of $500 million of Senior Unsecured Notes due 2020, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, HSBC Bank plc, and J.P. Morgan Securities plc acted as joint lead managers for the offering.
