Jones Day advised Glatfelter, a global manufacturer of specialty papers and fiber-based engineered materials, on its acquisition of Dresden Papier GmbH from Fortress Paper Ltd. for €160 million (US$209 million). Dresden Papier is the leading global supplier of nonwoven wallpaper base materials and is a major supplier to most of the world's largest wallpaper manufacturers.

In addition to providing M&A representation, Jones Day provided real estate, tax, intellectual property, and antitrust advice regarding this transaction.
