Jones Day represented TransDigm Group Incorporated, a leading global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, in connection with the amendment and restatement of its existing credit facilities into a senior secured $2.2 billion term loan facility and a senior secured $310 million revolving credit facility.
