Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Team Technologies, Inc., a specialized contract manufacturer of consumable dental, cosmetic, and medical products for leading CPG, retail, and private label customers. The debt financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility and unsecured subordinated notes.
