Jones Day represented Tucson Electric Power Company in the negotiated resolution of a FERC proceeding concerning the cost responsibility for transmission system network upgrades to be constructed to interconnect a wind farm to a high-voltage transmission line jointly owned by FERC jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional entities.
