Cortec Group acquires YETI Coolers

Client(s) Cortec Group, Inc.

Jones Day represented Cortec Group, Inc. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of YETI Coolers, LLC, a leading designer and marketer of premium, rotationally molded coolers, accessories and related gear sold under the YETI® brand. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including both a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
