Wells Fargo obtains expedited dismissal of chapter 11 case filed to stay sale of nine-story office building

Jones Day represented Wells Fargo and, following a contested expedited evidentiary hearing, obtained an order lifting the automatic stay and dismissing a chapter 11 case commenced by certain owners of a nine-story office building securing Wells Fargo's loan. The dismissal permitted a state court receiver's sale of the building to proceed on schedule.
