Jones Day advised Frontier Communications Corporation, one of the nation's largest independent providers of telecommunications services, in connection with its issuance of $500 million of 9.250% Senior Notes due 2021, underwritten by Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, RBS, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, TD Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets, and Raymond James and in connection with its concurrent tender offer to purchase for cash in the amount of $500 million its 8.250% Senior Notes due 2014 and 7.875% Senior Notes due 2015.
