Stentys completes €7.5 private placement of Common Stock

Jones Day advised Stentys, a medical technology company commercializing the world's first and only self-apposing stent to treat Acute Myocardial Infarction listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris, in connection with its issuance of €7.5 million (US$9.8 million) of Common Stock in a private placement.

In addition, Jones Day also advised Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Kempen & Co, who acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
