Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its sale of portfolio company Experient Holding Company Inc., an Ohio-based provider of meeting and event services, to Maritz Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Maritz Travel Company, a Missouri-based provider of full-service meeting, event and incentive travel programs to corporate clients.
