KeyBank successfully completes wind and solar project located in Kingman, Arizona

Jones Day advised KeyBank National Association, as the administrative agent and lead lender to Kingman Energy Corp., a subsidiary of Western Wind Energy Corp., in connection with the construction and commencement of commercial operation of a combined wind and solar project located in Kingman, Arizona. In connection with the successful completion of this project, Kingman Energy Corp. received cash proceeds from the U.S. Department of Treasury pursuant to its cash grant program under Section 1603 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
